Upon sign up, the first 6 months of membership are non-cancellable. After 6 months, it will convert to an open-ended agreement and payments will continue until there is a written cancellation notice. The benefits may not be transferred; the benefits do not rollover from month to month and this program may not be combined with other offers. There will be a $25 fee for dishonored payments. The fee will be added to the next month’s payment, and we may try to bill up to 3 times during the month. There are no refunds for unused benefits.
*Please note your monthly benefit does not roll over to the next month if unused and is valid from the 1st of each month to the last day of the month.
