SPA SAFETY STANDARDS For everyone’s protection - hand sanitation stations are available at the entrance of the spa and at various places throughout the spa and we ask that you use those liberally. Please thoroughly wash your hands after using the restroom or touching your face. Please read our full Safety Plan

RELAXATION LOUNGES / LOCKER ROOMS Your enjoyment of our locker room and 3 lounges are included in your visit to SenSpa. We encourage you to allow time to enjoy our quiet and social lounges.

SENCAFE Serving a selection of light fare with Urban Remedy salads and bowls. We also offer a selection of wine and nonalcoholic beverages.

CELL PHONES Please turn cell phones to silent while in SenSpa.

YOUNG GUESTS Guests must be 16 years old to receive a facial. Massage guests must be 18 years old.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS It is imperative to note that SenSpa cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items placed in the lockers. We insist that you refrain from storing any valuables or important belongings in the lockers. Your cooperation and understanding in this matter are greatly appreciated. Please remember to lock your lockers with a secure code and double-check that it is locked before leaving it unattended.

CANCELLATIONS Your credit card reserves your appointment and is your agreement to our cancellation policy which is as follows: We appreciate as much notice if you need to cancel your appointment. With less than 24 hours notice, 100% of the appointment fee will be charged. Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of these policies. To cancel your appointment please contact us at 415-441-1777 to speak directly to our team. Your appointment is not considered cancelled until you receive confirmation. 

HEALTH CONCERNS If you are pregnant, have pre-existing conditions, or suffer from allergies, please notify our team prior to booking any spa treatments or using the spa facilities. Inform your therapist before your treatment begins to ensure your safety.

PERSONAL COMFORT We will provide you with a locker featuring a digital keypad, allowing you to set your own code. Inside the locker, you'll find a spa robe and slippers for your use during your visit. Feel free to dress down to your comfort level; our therapists are trained in proper draping techniques to ensure your complete comfort and privacy.

PRODUCT RETURNS If you are not fully satisfied with a product, please return it with the receipt within 14 days and we'll issue you a SenSpa credit for future use.

GIFT CARDS SenSpa gift cards/certificates are available by US mail, in-spa pick up and print-at-home. Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or transferred or replaced if lost or stolen.

GRATUITIES & SURCHARGE Our clients generally honor the industry standard of 20% gratuity to show appreciation for therapist dedication. Additionally a 5% surcharge covers the mandatory Healthy San Francisco program to fund health care for part time staff.

GETTING HERE We are located at 1161 Gorgas Ave. in the Presidio of San Francisco. Metered parking is available in front of our building and several bus lines have nearby stops. Please remember that if your treatment is delayed because of late arrival, it will end as scheduled so that the next guest isn't inconvenienced.

ANIMALS While we love pets, we are not able to accommodate non-service animals in the spa.
