Biomechanical Sports Therapy

Biomechanical Sports Therapy

Active bodies accumulate imbalances — from training, repetitive movement, and old injuries. Biomechanical Sports Therapy combines deep tissue work, myofascial release, and movement-based techniques to find those restrictions and address them directly. This is intentionally intense, non-relaxation work. You may feel temporary soreness afterward, similar to a hard workout — the payoff is better movement efficiency and reduced injury risk over time. A steady favorite among runners, climbers, and cyclists. Sessions run 75 or 90 minutes.

Treatment Includes

• A movement and injury-history consultation
• Deep tissue work targeting imbalances and restrictions
• Myofascial release and movement-based techniques
• Clear guidance on what your therapist found and what to watch between sessions
• Cold stone massage techniques

Good to know

• This is intense, results-focused work — not a relaxation massage
• Temporary soreness afterward is normal, like a hard workout
• Works best as a recurring part of a training routine
