Welcome to SenSpa, located at 1161 Gorgas Avenue, Presidio of San Francisco, California (“SenSpa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Withy & Co. LLC. By booking a service, purchasing a gift card, or otherwise using our website or spa facilities, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Appointments and Booking

• Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person.
• A valid credit card may be required to secure your reservation.
• Please arrive at least 10–15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary intake forms and begin your experience unrushed. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service at full price to avoid delaying other guests.

2. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to appear for a scheduled appointment (“no-show”), may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the reserved service price, charged to the card on file.
• We understand emergencies happen; fees may be waived at management’s discretion on a case-by-case basis.

3. Health and Safety Disclosures

• Guests must disclose relevant health conditions prior to treatment, including but not limited to pregnancy, allergies, skin conditions, cardiovascular conditions, recent surgeries, or infectious conditions.
• SenSpa reserves the right to modify, decline, or discontinue a treatment if it is deemed unsafe for the guest.
• Services are intended for guests aged 18 and older. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by, and have written consent from, a parent or legal guardian.

4. Payment, Pricing, and Gratuity

• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price in effect at the time of booking, or at time of service if no price was quoted, will apply.
• Gratuity is not included in service prices unless otherwise stated and is at the guest’s discretion.
• We accept all major credit cards

5. Gift Cards

• Gift cards are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
• Gift cards do not expire unless required otherwise by applicable law, and no dormancy or maintenance fees apply unless disclosed at purchase.
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced without proof of purchase.
• Gift cards may be used toward services, products, or gratuity at SenSpa, and may not be combined with certain other promotions unless stated.

6. Refunds and Returns

• Services rendered are non-refundable.
• Unopened, unused retail products may be returned within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase for refund.
• If a guest is dissatisfied with a service, please notify management within 48 hours so we may address your concerns.

7. Personal Belongings and Facility Use

• SenSpa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
• Guests are expected to treat the facility, staff, and fellow guests with respect. SenSpa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately, disruptively, or unsafely.

8. Photography and Privacy

• With guest consent, SenSpa may photograph treatment rooms, products, or guests for marketing purposes.
• Personal information collected through bookings or our website is used solely to provide services and communicate with guests, and will not be sold to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, SenSpa, Withy & Co. LLC, and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services rendered, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
• Guests participate in spa services and use spa facilities at their own risk, following disclosure of relevant health conditions.

10. Changes to These Terms

SenSpa reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
