Today's world places a toxic load on our bodies — from environmental toxicants to the stress and anxiety that create inflammation and other symptoms. Infrared sauna therapy takes that centuries-old practice further. Instead of simply heating the air around you the way a traditional sauna does, infrared light warms the body from within, penetrating tissue to stimulate health benefits at a cellular level. The result is a deeper, more productive sweat at a lower, more comfortable temperature (110–140°F versus 150–210°F in a traditional sauna) — an enjoyable session you can relax into rather than endure, leaving you feeling cleansed, refreshed, and energized.
Infrared is nature's healing light — the invisible, healthy wavelengths just beyond red on the light spectrum. The sauna combines all three infrared wavelengths plus red light in a single session, and each can be customized to your goals.
The shortest wavelengths, absorbed at the level of the skin and cells. Shown to increase collagen and elastin, support tissue regeneration and cellular repair, and improve overall skin tone, elasticity, and firmness.
Penetrates deeper into soft tissue and joints, improving circulation and flexibility — ideal for pain relief and muscle recovery.
The deepest-penetrating wavelength, raising core body temperature to drive a deep, detoxifying sweat, support heart health, and ease muscle soreness.
Health benefits build with regular use over time — like exercise, the more consistently you practice, the better the results.
Sweating is one of the body's safest, most natural ways to eliminate toxic heavy metals, drug residues, and hormone disruptors. Deep infrared penetration increases blood flow and perspiration for a truly productive detox.
Raising core body temperature increases calorie burn similar to exercise, stimulates a sluggish metabolism, and helps eliminate toxins that contribute to fat storage.
Infrared therapy gives the heart a gentle workout — improving circulation and clinically shown to temporarily reduce both systolic and diastolic blood pressure.
Red light and near infrared increase collagen and elastin production, while improved circulation speeds cell regeneration — improving skin tone, smoothness, and firmness and softening the appearance of scars.
Heating the body from within supports immune function much like a natural fever, helping reduce the incidence of colds and flu and speeding recovery from illness.
Infrared penetrates joints, muscles, and tissues, increasing blood flow and oxygen delivery for faster recovery, reduced inflammation, and greater flexibility — which is why many professional athletes rely on it.
Gentle, therapeutic warmth relaxes body and mind, relieving muscle tension and promoting overall stress reduction.
Regular sessions support deep relaxation and healthy sleep patterns.
Starts at a high intensity to increase heart rate and cardiac output, then lowers to sustain your heart rate. Circulation increases to promote healthy blood pressure.
Begins at high intensity to raise the body's core temperature, then eases to a lower level. The mid- and far-infrared combination improves vascular access flow to reach toxicants at the cellular level.
A far- and mid-infrared blend provides natural pain relief by reducing inflammation and swelling, while near infrared penetrates tissue to promote cellular repair — all at a steady, medium intensity.
A far- and mid-infrared blend provides natural pain relief by reducing inflammation and swelling, while near infrared penetrates tissue to promote cellular repair — all at a steady, medium intensity.
Starts at high intensity to stimulate the cardiovascular system, then settles to a medium level. As your body works to cool itself, heart rate, cardiac output, and metabolic rate increase — much like aerobic exercise
A low, constant intensity penetrates the body so cells can absorb light energy for skin health. Red light and near infrared improve overall skin tone, elasticity, and firmness.
Every session can be enhanced with chromotherapy — color light therapy — at no change to your infrared program. Choose the color that matches your wellness needs:
A high-energy state that stimulates the pituitary gland to regulate serotonin, easing depression and anxiety. Helps regulate sleep to improve energy and reduce the effects of Seasonal Affective Disorder.
Raising core body temperature increases calorie burn similar to exercise, stimulates a sluggish metabolism, and helps eliminate toxins that contribute to fat storage.
Produces a cooling, calming effect that counteracts worry, reduces over-excitement, moderates hyperactivity, and supports verbal communication.
The body's healing seat — helps reset circadian rhythms, relax muscles, detox organs, and stimulate tissue regeneration.
Produces a cleansing effect to purify blood and skin, increase neuromuscular tone, and improve nervous system function.
Supports creativity and emotional balance, and may help reduce inflammation, menstrual cramps, edema, and bladder or urinary discomfort.
Grounding energy that supports the skeletal and circulatory systems, relieves tension, improves cellular metabolism, and helps restore a sense of calm and joy.
Infrared is a safe, gentle form of light — it will never burn your skin, and it is even used in hospitals to warm newborns. A few simple guidelines keep every session safe and comfortable.
Infrared sauna use is not a treatment or cure for any disease. Please consult your physician before your session if any of the following apply: cardiovascular conditions, high or low blood pressure, obesity, or diabetes; prescription medications (some affect heart rate, circulation, or the body's ability to sweat); pregnancy or breastfeeding; conditions associated with reduced ability to sweat, such as multiple sclerosis; hemophilia or a tendency to bleed; a current fever or insensitivity to heat; recent (acute) joint injury within the past 48 hours; surgical implants; or a pacemaker or defibrillator.
Sauna use is not advised while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Elderly guests and children should sauna at lower temperatures for no more than 15 minutes at a time — children always accompanied by an adult, with a general guideline of one minute per year of age. If you ever experience pain or discomfort, discontinue your session immediately.
